PT Jasindo Testing Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") respects the privacy of our employees, field inspectors, laboratory staff, and authorized personnel ("Users" or "you"). This Privacy Policy applies to our internal mobile application (the "App") designed for internal operational use, inspection management, sample tracking, and laboratory reporting. By downloading, installing, or using this App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the practices described in this policy.

 

1. SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE APP

This App is strictly intended for official employment and business purposes of PT Jasindo Testing Services. It is not available for public use. The primary purpose of the App is to streamline field inspections, dry and liquid commodity tracking, laboratory analysis, and reporting across our operating ports and facilities in Indonesia.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

In order to perform operational workflows and ensure security, we collect the following information: a. Employee Profile & Account Information: - Full Name, Employee ID, and Job Title - Work Email Address and Phone Number - Account Credentials (Username and encrypted Passwords) - Department and Regional Assignment b. Device & Technical Data: - Device Model, Operating System version, and Unique Device Identifiers - IP Address and Connection Logs - App Usage Logs, crash reports, and system performance metrics c. Operational & Field Data (Required for Inspection Tasks): - Precise or Approximate Location (GPS): Used solely to tag inspection locations, port facilities, container surveys, and draught survey coordinates. - Camera and Photo Storage Access: Required to capture photos of commodities, seals, containers, vessel holds, and laboratory samples for official documentation. - Storage Access: To save, upload, and view inspection certificates, PDF reports, and offline inspection data.

 

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected information exclusively for internal operations, including: - Authenticating employee identity and managing access control. - Logging inspection coordinates and verification photos for customer reporting. - Processing laboratory analysis results and issuing official certificates. - Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards. - Maintaining audit trails and protecting company digital assets.

 

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

We implement rigorous administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect internal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Data transmitted between the App and our backend servers is encrypted using standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) technology.

 

5. DATA SHARING AND THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell, rent, or trade employee or operational data to third parties. Data may only be shared under the following circumstances: - Authorized Service Providers: Third-party infrastructure partners (e.g., cloud hosting, database management, or notification services) bound by confidentiality agreements. - Legal & Regulatory Compliance: When required by Indonesian laws, government authorities, or official court orders.

 

6. EMPLOYEE DATA RIGHTS & DATA RETENTION

• Data Retention: Operational data, inspection logs, and certificates generated through the App are retained in accordance with PT Jasindo Testing Services' document retention policies and statutory requirements under Indonesian law.

• Account Management: Employee accounts are managed by the IT/HR Department. Access rights will be modified or revoked upon role reassignments or termination of employment.

 

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy as our operational or legal requirements evolve. Any updates will be published within the App or communicated through official internal channels.
