TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INTERNAL EMPLOYEE APPLICATION

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PT JASINDO TESTING SERVICES INTERNAL APPLICATION.
 

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By installing, logging into, or using this mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This App is provided by PT Jasindo Testing Services ("Company") exclusively for authorized employees, contractors, and field personnel.

2. AUTHORIZED USE & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Access Restriction: Access to this App is restricted to authorized personnel who have been granted active login credentials by the Company.

  • Confidentiality of Credentials: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized individuals to access the App.

  • Duty of Honesty: All field logs, draught survey measurements, laboratory entries, photos, and inspection status reports submitted through the App must be truthful, accurate, and recorded in good faith.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY DATA

  • Company Ownership: The App, its source code, design, features, software, trade secrets, and all inspection/testing data generated within the App are the exclusive property of PT Jasindo Testing Services.

  • Confidentiality Obligation: All customer information, testing methodologies, survey reports, port data, and company operational procedures accessed via the App are confidential. Unauthorized exporting, screen recording, copying, or sharing of company data outside authorized channels is strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary and legal action.

 

4. DEVICE AND NETWORK REQUIREMENTS
You are responsible for ensuring that your mobile device meets the technical requirements for operating the App. When performing field tasks, you must maintain appropriate device security (such as screen lock passwords or biometric security).

5. TERMINATION AND REVOCATION OF ACCESS
The Company reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate your access to the App at any time without prior notice, including upon:

  • Termination or resignation of employment.

  • Breach of Company policies, confidentiality agreements, or these Terms.

  • Security concerns or suspicious account activity.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The App is provided as an internal operational tool. While the Company strives to maintain uninterrupted app uptime and accurate sync functionality, the Company is not liable for operational delays caused by hardware failures, telecommunication disruptions in remote port areas, or force majeure events.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and the internal employment rules of PT Jasindo Testing Services.
